(3) Mini production — we produce corporate, association, and brand events end-to-end up to 500 attendees. For larger productions (festival main stages, arena tours, broadcast specials), we crew for your producer. Plus a recording studio, podcast room, and B2B production storage at our Orlando warehouse.
02 Which states do you actually cover? +
We have completed projects in 41 U.S. states with active local rosters. The densest markets are FL, CA, TX, NY, NV, IL, GA, AZ, CO, TN, WA, MD, NJ, PA, MA, OH, NC, MI, VA, OR — plus on-demand coverage elsewhere.
03 How fast can you deploy a crew? +
Real fast. A real person at dispatch — not a queue, not a chatbot — usually calls or emails back within the hour, same day worst case. We've filled 60-person calls with 3 hours of notice in active markets. Overnight and weekend calls are standard, not premium.
04 Do you handle union work? +
Yes. Most active markets are union-capable. We staff IATSE calls where required and coordinate with local houses on show-specific terms.
05 Do you own your gear, or do you sub-rent? +
We don't run a rental warehouse — we run a partner network. Audio, lighting, video, LED wall, staging — sourced from trusted local partners in every major U.S. market. That means honest pricing (no rental-chain markup), the right kit for your show (not just whatever's on the truck), and no hidden margin. You get one invoice from us; we handle the rest.
06 Can I book crew only, or gear only? +
Yes. Crew-only, gear-only, install-only, logistics-only, mini-production end-to-end, or studio bookings — every scope is priced standalone. Pick the smallest fit; we won't upsell.
