James Matthews

Came from ops. Built the company. Still answers the phone.

James came from the operations side of the industry — scheduling crews, managing logistics, and making sure every event had the right people in the right place at the right time. He developed a reputation for being the person who could take chaos and turn it into a smooth, predictable system.

After years of watching clients get burned by staffing companies that treated crew like commodities and clients like ticket numbers, James saw what the industry actually needed: a company built on operational discipline, real human follow-up, and people who'd actually worked the floor. That vision became Axios Pro Solutions.

James leads APS as CEO — setting strategy, building client relationships at the executive level, and growing the company across 41 active markets. He's still the person dispatch escalates to when a Fortune 500 PM calls at 2 a.m.

02 · Co-Founder & COO

Clark Rivard

Started on the floor — loading trucks, running cables. Now runs operations.

Clark started his career on the ground — loading trucks, running cables, and learning every inch of the live-event world from the bottom up. Over the years, he became the person crews relied on when things got complicated: the one who could solve problems under pressure, keep teams calm, and deliver flawless execution no matter the scale of the event.

When James shared his vision for a nationwide staffing and production company built on reliability and field expertise, Clark immediately recognized it as the company the industry actually needed. He joined as co-founder, bringing the on-the-floor credibility and crew-first mindset that anchors how APS shows up on every job.

Today, Clark runs operations as COO — leading field execution, building the gear-partner network, and making sure every show that ships out of APS reflects the same standards he learned on the floor.

Shelby Lester — Office Manager at Axios Pro Solutions

03 · Office Manager

Shelby Lester

Keeps the warehouse, the books, and the front desk running clean.

Shelby runs the day-to-day operations of the Orlando warehouse — the part of the business that has to be invisible to clients and crew because if it's working, you don't notice it. Vendor coordination, billing, contractor onboarding paperwork, certificates of insurance, the dispatch room running on time.

Production companies live and die on operational basics: did the COI get to the venue, did the W-9 get processed, did the W-2 land on payday, did the freight show up. Shelby owns all of that quietly so PMs can stay focused on the show.

When you walk into the Orlando warehouse, Shelby is the person who makes sure it's a real production company and not a guy with a phone.

04 · Marketing Coordinator

Reagan Matthews

Tells the APS story — to clients, to crew, and to the rooms we haven't worked yet.

Reagan oversees brand messaging and promotional materials for APS — building the storytelling, content, and digital presence that communicates what the company is really about.

She supports client outreach across markets and helps the team articulate the value APS brings to every project: production-grade execution, honest follow-up, and a network that scales without losing the personal touch.

Most days, Reagan is helping the company show up the way it actually operates — in front of clients we want to work with, and the crew we want to keep working with.
