From one phone call to an Orlando warehouse.
In 24 months.

Month 1. One phone, a Florida rolodex, and a Fortune 500 client who needed 12 hands for a rushed general session in Orlando. We picked up. We staffed it. They called back.

Year 1. 300+ events staffed, crew-only — A1/A2, LDs, ETCP riggers, stagehands, video techs. Word moved fast: national touring artists, corporate agencies, broadcast networks, trade-show producers all calling. No gear yet, no logistics — just the right technicians, briefed, on-site, on time.

Year 2. 1,000+ events staffed. We added permanent AV installation — hotels, restaurants, conference rooms, worship spaces. Clients kept asking us to source gear too, so we built a deep partner network across every major U.S. market — audio, lighting, video, LED wall, staging. Logistics followed (because gear doesn't move itself), then freight, customs, multi-city routing.

2026. Two big steps. One: we moved into our Orlando warehouse — recording studio, podcast room, production storage for other companies, gear staging for our own jobs. Two: we launched our proprietary crew portal (bookings, scheduling, geo-verified clock-in, certifications, compliance) and started producing our own corporate events end-to-end — up to 500 attendees, single-track or with breakouts. For larger productions, we crew for your producer. We're scaling up honestly.
