When you submit a quote request, contact form, or apply to the crew roster, we collect:

Information Collected Automatically
When you visit our site, we collect basic non-identifying analytics: page views, referrers, device type, and approximate location (city-level). We do not use third-party advertising trackers or sell this data.

Opt-In
By checking the consent box on our quote forms or contact forms and providing your phone number, you expressly consent to receive SMS text messages and phone calls from Axios Pro Solutions related to your inquiry, your project, dispatch coordination, and account-related notifications.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on the activity of your project or inquiry. You may receive anywhere from a single follow-up text to multiple coordination messages per day during an active show.
Message and Data Rates
Standard message and data rates from your wireless carrier may apply. We do not charge any fee for SMS messages.
Opt-Out
You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by:
- Replying STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT to any text message you receive from us. Our messaging platform (RingCentral / Twilio) processes these keywords automatically and immediately removes you from further SMS communications.
- Replying HELP for support information.
- Emailing privacy@axiosprosolutions.com with the subject line "SMS opt-out" and your phone number.
- Calling us at (407) 885-5770 and asking to be removed.
You will receive a confirmation message after opting out. After that, you will no longer receive marketing or coordination SMS from us at that number unless you re-opt-in.
Carrier Disclaimer
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. SMS may not be available on all carriers or in all regions.
Phone Calls
By providing your phone number, you also consent to receive phone calls from APS dispatch related to your inquiry or active project. You may revoke this consent at any time by emailing privacy@axiosprosolutions.com or asking us verbally during any call.
SMS Data Privacy
Phone numbers and SMS opt-in data are never sold, rented, or shared with third parties for marketing purposes. SMS data is shared only with our messaging service provider (RingCentral / Twilio) as required to deliver and process messages. Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service and billing, is permitted. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
5. Email Communications
If you submit a quote form or contact us by email, we may follow up by email about your inquiry. We do not send unsolicited marketing emails. You may unsubscribe from any email at any time using the unsubscribe link in the email or by emailing privacy@axiosprosolutions.com.
6. Data Sharing
We share information only with:
- Service providers who help us operate (email/SMS platform, hosting, payroll, accounting). These providers are contractually limited in their use of your data.
- Crew and venue partners on a need-to-know basis to staff and execute your show (e.g., your venue contact information for load-in coordination).
- Legal authorities if compelled by valid legal process.
We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
7. Data Retention
We retain quote-form submissions and project files for 7 years after the end of an active engagement, primarily to support recurring clients and legal/tax obligations. Crew application data is retained for the duration of active roster status plus 7 years post-departure. SMS opt-in records are retained as long as you remain opted in plus 5 years after opt-out for compliance audit purposes.
8. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate information
- Request deletion of your information (subject to legal retention requirements)
- Opt out of SMS, phone calls, or email at any time
- Receive a copy of your data in a portable format

9. Children's Privacy
Our services are intended for business use by adults aged 18+. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted information to us, please contact us and we will delete it.

We use industry-standard security measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we maintain encrypted connections, secure storage, and access controls appropriate to a production-services business.

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent change. Significant changes will be communicated via email if we have your address on file.
