The brief.
The production director called at 20:12 the night before. The original staffing partner had pulled out four days earlier. Show was a Fortune 100 sales kickoff for 2,400 attendees in Las Vegas, with a 3-panel LED hero wall, full audio, and 80 minutes of programmed content.
